Many people say to me that meditation just makes them think more thoughts. Well, that’s probably true. Our brains were made to think and doesn’t sift through which thoughts it creates. Deepak Chopra says, “Meditation is not a way of making your mind quiet. It’s a way of entering the quiet that is already there…. buried under 50,000 thoughts the average person thinks every day.”
Meditation is for everyone! It is the act of sitting in silence, unplugged, and being alone with yourself. Meditation is not easy. It gets easier, but beginning the process of meditating is not all calm and peaceful. Let's talk about how to get started. Try one of my audio Meditation sessions.

Essential Oils
With all the products advertising "essential oils" and "natural", I never really understood that essential oils are about natural healthcare until a few years ago. Now I use them as part of my daily routine for prevention, maintenance, and wellness. Personal Training
I find that people are stronger in some areas and not so much in others. Personal training includes strength training, core, balance, posture, cardio, and an individual program design for fitness to balance your body out, making life more functional and courageous! We can discuss your individual needs, set some realistic goals, and find a solution to create balance in your body and mind! Clients tell me that their balance is awful, and I say that we need to go after the balance issue in order to make progress. Posture is also a great concern and there are many ways to address posture to help you grow older standing tall!
